Dr. Mansour holds a DBA in Petroleum Resources Management & Governance (Nottingham Trent University, UK), with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Project Management. He has served in senior roles at AfriCon Petroleum, Sharif Petroleum Operating Company, and Sudanese Petroleum Corporation, and has taught petroleum-related courses at Sudanese universities. He has presented research internationally and is currently Senior Consultant & VP, Business Development at Shandong KERUI Petroleum Group, as well as a freelance consultant.
