Dr. Mansour holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Petroleum Resources Management & Governance from Nottingham Trent University, UK. He also earned an MBA in Project Management and a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering from universities in Khartoum, Sudan.

He previously served as Director General at AfriCon Petroleum, President at Sharif Petroleum, Director of Development & Production at the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation, and Development Manager at Staroil Petroleum.

Dr. Mansour has taught courses in Oil & Gas Management, Field Development Planning, and Petroleum Economics at the University of Khartoum and Sudan University of Science and Technology. He has supervised over 10 undergraduate projects, mentored 2 master’s students, and presented 10 research papers at local and international conferences.

He currently serves as Senior Consultant and VP for Business Development and Strategic Planning at Shandong KERUI Petroleum Group, as well as a freelance consultant.
