Dr. Fred Awaah (PhD, PhD) is a Visiting Professor at SIMAD Graduate School and faculty member at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), Ghana. He holds two doctoral degrees in Public Administration and ICT Education, with research interests in higher education management, public administration, entrepreneurship, and ICT in education. Author of two books and 30+ peer-reviewed articles (28 Scopus-indexed), he has presented at 50+ international conferences and worked with the AU, EU, UNESCO, DAAD, and other global organizations. Ranked among UPSA’s top researchers, he is recognized with fellowships such as the British Academy–AAU Early Career Researchers award.
