Dr. Thomas Ainebyoona
Dr. Ainebyoona is a management scholar and oil and gas specialist with over 12 years of experience in academia, banking, consulting, and corporate leadership. He is pursuing a PhD in Management at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and holds multiple degrees, including an EMBA in Oil Governance and Management, an MBA in Oil and Gas Management (Coventry University, UK), a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Makerere University). He is also NEBOSH-certified in health and safety.
He lectures in oil and gas at Uganda Technology and Management University and has held leadership roles at Hastings Business Training (UK), ECLOF Uganda, Equity Bank, Sunmaker Oil and Gas Training Institute, and Mubende Broadcasting Services. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Hastings Business Training (HBT) Center U Ltd, which offers specialized training in oil, gas, and management.

At the undergraduate level, he teaches courses such as Comparative Education, Strategies and Practices in Teaching, Introduction to Educational Planning, and Educational Management
At the graduate level he teaches Quality Assurance in Education, Policy Studies in Education, Educational Planning, Policy Formulation and Strategic Planning
