The program offers working adults an opportunity to upgrade their managerial competencies without sacrificing career growth, thereby improving employability and advancing professional development.

Programme Objectives

The objectives of the MBA are to:

  • Enhance students’ managerial competencies and add value to existing knowledge.
  • Sharpen analytical and conceptual skills for strategic problem-solving.
  • Improve employability and managerial career development.

Programme Structure

The MBA program is structured over six semesters (two years) and includes core and elective courses, plus a final Master Project, totalling 42 credits.

  • The program runs for six semesters over two years.
  • Each semester lasts four months.
  • Classes are held on Thursdays and Fridays to accommodate working professionals.

Exam Regulations

Assessment emphasizes both continuous learning and summative evaluation. Typical components and indicative weight ranges include participation (5–10%), assignments (15–20%), group projects/presentations (15–25%), case analyses (10–15%), and final examinations (20–30%). The capstone/research component is assessed independently (100% of its 6 credits). Many course outlines specify that students must pass both midterm/continuous assessment and the final exam to pass the course (commonly 60% coursework, 40% final). Progression follows successful completion of semester requirements and maintenance of satisfactory standing per university policy.

Award of the Degree

The MBA degree is awarded upon successful completion of:

  • All required core and elective courses (minimum 42 credits).
  • A Master Project (defended and passed).
  • Fulfillment of all financial and administrative obligations.

Applicants must provide:

  1. Processing fee of USD 100 (bank draft).
  2. Four (4) passport-size photographs with white background.
  3. Original bachelor’s degree certificate(s) and transcript, attested by relevant authorities.
  4. Proof of at least two years’ work experience.
  5. Valid passport copy (minimum of three years’ validity).
  6. Proof of English language proficiency. Applicants who do not pass the English test will be placed in English support classes.
  • Tuition Fee: USD 4,000 (USD 858 per semester for first four semesters; USD 568 for final semester).
  • Registration Fee: USD 100.
  • Convocation: USD 200.
  • Total Program Cost: USD 4,300.
