It blends case-based learning, policy analysis, and industry practice to develop high-impact decision-makers for Somalia’s emerging hydrocarbons sector and international markets. The program is framed around sector governance, sustainability, and operational excellence, aligning with national priorities such as the Petroleum Law and strengthening institutions for transparent resource management.
