Professor Josephine Nyaboke Arasa is a higher education leader with 18+ years’ experience in educational psychology, quality assurance, and postgraduate program development across Africa. She holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Kenyatta University and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Child Neuropsychology from the Niilö Mäki Institute, Finland. She has held key leadership roles at USIU–Africa, including Chair of Psychology, and currently serves as a Visiting Professor at SIMAD Graduate School in Somalia. A consultant and trainer with IUCEA and national commissions in Kenya and Tanzania, her research focuses on educational leadership, cross-cultural psychology, program evaluation, and inclusive mentoring.
