Professor Josephine Nyaboke Arasa is a Visiting Professor at SIMAD Graduate School’s Department of Education with over 18 years’ experience in educational psychology, quality assurance, and postgraduate program development. She holds a PhD in Educational Psychology (Kenyatta University, Kenya) and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Child Neuropsychology (Niilö Mäki Institute, Finland). She has held leadership roles at USIU–Africa, including Chair of the Department of Psychology, and works as a trainer and consultant for regional and national education bodies. Her teaching and research focus on educational leadership, psychology, program evaluation, and inclusive mentoring.
